First Letter Game - Possible Option

I recently noticed that the “First Letter” game displays the letter you typed instead of the letter that would have been correct. This can be helpful for showing you your error, but it can be annoying for trying to figure out exactly what word was correct or simply trying to reread the text to that point to get the flow of the text. Would it be possible to add an option to “display the correct word” or “display the miss-typed letter.” Thanks!

🏆 Group leaderboard 📋

Maybe this is already planned. In groups it would be nice to have statistics / leaderboard over all memorizations. The current per memorization leaderboard is already nice, but to keep track of who really worked the hardest it would help when each member of the group could see, who learned / mastered how many memorization and what the average progress is, and also very nice, on what review level (this could be added to the per memorization leaderboard as well) one is, so how much time he advanced.

Scripture memorization type 📖

I think of a new memorization type, named «scripture» or similar. There are a few reasons (that are like my feature requests) for this: Scripture memorization is often about learning very exactly, word for word as small memorization errors might light to wrong understanding of a verse. The needed percentage to advance don't seem fitting to me for scripture memorization - for long text I think it is fitting. My proposal on percentages would be: 95% on Solidify to advance 90% on Evaluate to advance 90% or less to go down a stage on Solidify 85% or less to go down a stage on Evaluate This would help to learn more exactly. Currently, when I completely forget a verse, I still can guess from the already written words enough correct words to keep the stage or even advance. It would allow to learn the reference (ex. «John 3:16»). For example, the last line could be treated as reference, or a new field could serve as reference. Currently reference is often treated like two words, ex. «John» and «3:16». I'd put it like number of book (1st / 2nd) «1», then the book «John» (or in german «Johannes»), then chapter in single digits «3», then verse in single digits «1», then «6». In case of multiple verses followed by single digits for the end verse. It would be nice if it would work with following examples: «1. Johannes 1,1», «1. Johannes 1, 1», «1. Johannes 1:1», «1 John 1,1», «1.John 1:1», «1 John 1:1-4», «1. Johannes 1,1-4», «Römer 12:1», «Römer 12,1-5» As addition, in the blank games, there could always be random number to choose from, instead of words as alternatives. It would allow to add verses directly in the mobile app. Currently, if you want to add verses to a group in the mobile app, you have to go to library -> books, select the book, the verse, import it. Then you can copy the verse from the owned collection to the group. With my proposal the «Add Memorization» might look like this: Title: «God's plan» Memorization type: «Scripture» Paste / picture section Scripture selection («Custom» as preselected, then having the bible translations, quran, ... as dropdown options) if custom How to format scripture: (Scripture text, on the last line «Book Chapter:Verse[-Endverse]» or comma separated) if scripture if available Book dropdown («Genesis», «Matthew») then Chapter, Verse and Endverse as dropdowns on a line, appearing after previous got selected Verse defaults to 1, Endverse defaults to verse Immediately after selecting replacing the text in the field below, so the verses can be like previewed as they switch that fast and the selection remains available (change in selection would replace directly again) Tags Due by Language Publish to library only if translation remained custom Save button So, my idea mainly consists of the ability to add scripture directly in mobile app, even directly to a group, more strict level passing scheme as well as help to learn the complete reference.

Loops without hearing the name of the title ?

I installed Memorize By Heart on my Mac M4 pro Your application is superb and very effective, it works very well even if it is designed for iOS. On the other hand, I could ask for a small change regarding the listening action. Is it possible to be able to listen to a part or an entire text in a loop without hearing the name of the title again in each loop. It's very annoying when you want to study two or three lines of text and hear the title each time.

Filing/Grouping Memorizations

Hey I love the app. I use this for reviewing my notes. The tagging system isn’t my favorite. I was wondering if it would be possible to implement a filing system so that I could group the “memorizations”/files by chapter or eventually even larger by course/textbook. Clicking on a chapter file would open all the sections of notes nestled in the chapter. Currently I’m using the tagging system. I think I may be using it wrong. If anyone has an organization suggestions please let me know. Thank you, Anony

Improper Line Breaks

I don’t know if this is intended, but when I play the “Tap to Reveal” game using a text that has line breaks, the line breaks don’t seem to be considered individual phrases. So if I have the game set to “phrases” and I tap to reveal, it will reveal a whole paragraph rather than one line at a time, basically ignoring the line breaks. It would make more sense to me and be more helpful if I could set the game to reveal one line at a time.

Selecting Text for Chunking Seems Broken

I have a 9 paragraph memorization for which I'm wanting to use the Chunking feature. I selected the first three paragraphs. When I had memorized those, I went to add the fourth paragraph but when I did that, the first three paragraphs got unselected. When I tried to select the first paragraph, the fourth paragraph. Help please! And thank you!
